<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. Where property is advertised lor the purposes of a tax sale, on Tuesday, December 17th, Tuesday, December 24th, and Tuesday, December 31st, 18S9, and on Tuesday, January 7, and Saturday, January 18th, 1S90, this is a sufficient compliance with the law requiring the advertisement to be made once a week for thirty days. A week is a fixed period of seven days and the law does not require that the advertisement shall be made on the same day in each week.</p> <p>2. The affirmative evidence of a disinterested witness, strongly corroborated by public records which he participated in making, is sufficient to overcome the bare denial, under oath, of the party in interest upon the subject of the notice required by Article 210 of the Constitution of 1879.</p>
