The majority opinion offers a thoughtful examination of the issues before this court.I agree fully with the majority that the failure to make an offer of proof results in the waiverof Wife's challenge to exclusion of the testimony of Anthony Bradley, the drafter of thetrust. Nevertheless, because I do not understand the trust to operate in the same manner asmy colleagues, I respectfully dissent.
