Syllabus
Mother appeals the termination of her parental rights and the grant of permanent custody of her daughter to a children services agency. The child had been in the agency's custody for 12 or more out of 22 consecutive months. The trial court did not err in determining that granting permanent custody of the child to the children services agency was in the child's best interest. Judgment affirmed.
