Juvenile court did not err in analyzing Father's motion to modify the parties' shared parenting agreement pursuant to R.C. 3109.04(E)(1)(a). Because Father's motion sought to modify the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities by asking the juvenile court to re-designate the residential parent and legal custodian under the shared parenting agreement and grant sole custody of the child to Father, R.C. 3109.04(E)(1)(a) applied, and not R.C. 3109.04(E)(2)(b). Juvenile court did not err in denying father's motion to modify the parties' shared parenting agreement and grant him sole custody of the child. While the child's counseling with a therapist indicated a change in circumstances, no evidence was presented that the counseling and diagnosis of the child had a material and adverse impact on the child.
