<p>1. Bankruptcy (§ 228*) — Referee’s-Findings—Conclusiveness..</p> <p>The findings of a referee in bankruptcy on a question of fact .will not be reversed unless manifestly, wrong;</p> <p>[Ed. Bankruptcy (§ 340*)‘ — Claims—Prima Facie Proof.</p> <p>A proof of claim-' in bankruptcy is prima facie proof of the allegations therein; but, where the proof is rebutted, the referee should disallow the claim unless further evidence to establish it is produced.</p> <p>[Ed.
