Syllabus
<p>Foreign attachment — Assignment for creditors — Funds in hands of assignee.</p> <p>As an assignee for the benefit of creditors cannot be made a garnishee in a foreign attachment, service of the writ upon the assignor, as garnishee, after the assignment, will not bind the funds in the hands of the assignee.</p>
