Syllabus

The trial court did not err in finding the appellant-putative father's consent to adoption was not required under R.C. 3107.07(B)(2)(b). The record supports a finding that the appellant \willfully\ failed to care for and support the child as required by the statute. The finding of willful failure to care for and support the child also was not against the manifest weight of the evidence. Judgment affirmed.
