Syllabus

The trial court did err in concluding that petitioner-appellant failed to prove that respondent-appellee failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with C.N.A. and that respondent-appellee failed to provide for the maintenance and support of C.N.A. for the one-year period preceding petitioner-appellant's petition for adoption.
