Syllabus

The juvenile court did not abuse its discretion in awarding legal custody of a child to her maternal grandparents where the preponderance of the evidence demonstrated the child's biological father was an unsuitable parent as his anger issues and history of violent criminal behavior were detrimental to the child's well-being.
