Permanent custody, best interest of the child. Juvenile court's grant of permanent custody to children's services agency was supported by clear and convincing evidence where Father pled guilty to child endangering as a result of shaking his infant child, remained incarcerated during the pendency of the case, could not work on case-plan goals, and could not establish that he would be able to meet the child's basic and extensive special needs within a reasonable time.
