<p>1. Telegraph Companies—Property Right in Market Quotations—Unfair Competition.</p> <p>A telegraph company which by contract with the Board of Trade of Chicago is furnished by such corporation with the continuous market quotations from its exchange, for which the company pays, and which it transmits and distributes to patrons who pay therefor, has a property right in such quotations, which entitles it to protection by injunction restraining others, who are not its patrons, from taking the same from its wires or from the offices of its patrons, and selling or distributing them in competition.</p>
