<p>Master and Servant. Contributory negligence. Fire from locomotive.</p> <p>The owner of growing crops, destroyed liy fire negligently communicated from á locomotive, cannot recover of the railroad company therefor, if his servant intrusted with the care of the premises, was able, when he discovered the fire, to extinguish it or prevent its spreading, and wilfully or negligently failed to do either.</p>
