Code 1893, § 3549.</p> <p>One who is injured by a backing train, within the prescribed limits of a passenger depot, while driving a team along a street crossing a railroad track, is entitled to invoke the protection of code 1893, l 3549, making railroads violating its provisions liable to persons so injured without regard to mere contributory negligence.</p>
