<p>Railroads. Master and servant. Trespasser. Bralteman. Scope of duty.</p> <p>A railroad company is not liable for the act of its brakeman in forcibly ejecting- a trespasser from a moving train because he refused to pay him for the privileg-e of riding-, where it axipears that the money, which was less than the fare, was not demanded as such, but for the brakeman’s private use, and that the rules of the company required brakemen to notify the conductor, and act under his orders in ejecting- trespassers.</p>
