Syllabus

<p>Equity. Jurisdiction. Trespasses. Injunction. Multiplicity of suits.</p> <p>Where a number, or plaintiffs have separately’sued the same defendant at law in actions of trespass and his liability in each depends upon the same facts, and the act of which complaint is made in each of the suits is a constantly recurring one, the plaintiffs intending to continue to sue, equity has jurisdiction at the suit of defendant to enjoin the multiplicity of suits and cause them to be consolidated.</p>
