<p>Evidence. Opinion evidence. Weight. Damages.</p> <p>Where in a suit against a railroad company for damage to cattle caused by its negligent detention of .them at one of its stations, the only evidence as tb damage was the guess of plaintiff as to what the cattle had lost in weight and it was not shown that he had experience in weighing cattle before and after being penned, nor that his guess was based on experience tested by weighing cattle. There being no standard by which the jury could legally arrive at a correct amount, it was erroneous to award more than nominal damages.</p>
