Syllabus

<p>1. The husband may by deed declare an express trust in favor of his wife,giving her the exclusive use and enjoyment of all the rents and profits of the trust estate, provided there be no fraud in the transaction.</p> <p>2. The rents and profits of such trust estate being the separate property of the wife, are not subject to the debts contracted by the husband after the creation of the trust estate.</p>
