<p>Cbiminal Law. Proceedings for appeal. Proceedings in forma pau-peris. Code 1906, section 62 and 65.</p> <p>Where a defendant was convicted in the circuit court of a misdemeanor and after sentence was released on bail, under section 65, Code 1906, he was entitled to appeal to the supreme court without executing an appeal bond upon mating affidavit of inability to either mate bond or deposit a sum of money sufficient to cover cost as provided by section 62, Code 1906.</p>
