Both parties moved for summary judgment. Summary judgment was issued in favor of Appellee. Appellant failed to present sufficient evidence to establish that a genuine issue of material fact existed and did not meet her reciprocal burden on summary judgement. Affirm the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
