<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Mortgages — Redemption—Mortgagee in Possession as Trustee —Limitation of Action. Where a mortgagee takes possession of the real estate under an agreement with the mortgagor to collect the rents and profits and apply them upon the debt, the statute of limitations will not begin to run against the mortgagor’s right to redeem until the mortgagee, with notice to the mortgagor, asserts title in himself.</p>
