A pedestrian crossing on a dark nigkt a street which he knows was closed to travel and which was properly barricaded, giving no heed to numerous barriers which were a plain warning of the dangers, is guilty of gross contributory negligence, and cannot recover for injuries sustained in falling over a barrier.</p>
