<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. CONVEYANCES' — Consideration — Resulting Trust. Where a grantee accepts title to land, without any consideration therefor, under an agreement with the grantor to hold it for her, and without any fraudulent intent, a trust results.</p> <p>2. Limitation of Actions — Resulting Trust — Suspension of the Statute. Where a trust .results by implication of law, a recognition by the trustee of the rights of the equitable owner tolls the running of the statute of limitations until the holder of the legal title disavows the trust.</p>
