Syllabus
<p>The writ of scire facias is a remedy unknown to our practice, and cannot be employed for the revival or enforcement of a judgment.</p> <p>The term “ civil action ” in that section of the Practice Act, providing that “ there shall be in this State but one form of civil action for the enforcement, etc.,” includes the remedies provided for the enforcement of judgments.</p> <p>The system of remedies provided by our Practice Act is exclusive, and when it provides an adequate remedy no other can be pursued.</p>
