Syllabus

<p>Judgment: satisfaction : release. A quit-claim deed by the owner of a judgment purporting to release to the judgment debtor the lien of the judgment on land described in the deed does not satisfy said judgment so as to avoid a sale thereunder to a purchaser without notice, actual or constructive, of the release.</p>
