<p>1. Libel : Damages. Malice.</p> <p>■Where a malicious libel is clearly proved, the plaintiff is entitled to recover such damage as the jury may award, without proof of any actual damage, and they'may find-a verdict for an amount sufficient to punish the defendant for the wrong done in libeling plaintiff.</p>
