Syllabus

<p>Limitation of Actions — Fraud—Discovery—Complaint—Sufficiency. A complaint in an action for fraudulent representations as to the character of land and relating to a drainage project is demurrable, as not commenced within three years after discovery of the fraud as provided by Rem. & Bal. Code, § 159, although it is alleged that the fraud was not discovered within such time, where it appears from the complaint that plaintiffs lived on the land for five years and had reasonable opportunity to discover the facts for more than three years prior to the commencement of the action.</p>
