<p>Statute of Limitations — Burden of Proof.</p> <p>1. Whore the statute of limitations is pleaded the burden is upon the plaintiff to show that the cause of action accrued within the time limited.</p> <p>2. Whore a party upon whom the burden of proof rests fails to offer evidence to sustain it, it is proper for the trial judge, to direct a verdict against him.</p>
