<p>Written Demand for Ten- Per Cent of Debtor’s Earnings not Pre-. requisite to Sufficiency of Affidavit in Proceedings in Aid of Execution.</p> <p>The preliminary demand in ■writing for excess above 90 per cent of the personal earnings of a debtor, made a prerequisite to attachment proceedings by Gen. Code 10272, has no application to proceedings in aid of execution before a justice of the peace under Gen. Code 10436; hence, failure to insert such demand does not render an affidavit, in the latter proceedings, insufficient.</p> <p>[Syllabus approved by the court.]</p>
