JURISDICTION – FINAL APPEALABLE ORDER – SANCTIONS – FRIVOLOUS CONDUCT – R.C. 2323.51 – R.C. 2505.02: Defendants' appeal was untimely in part where they filed their notice of appeal beyond 30 days of the trial court's denial of a motion for sanctions, which constituted a final appealable order under R.C. 2505.02.
