Syllabus

<p>1, A motion to quash a writ of foreign attachment is addressed to the discretion of the court and the exercise of that discretion is not renewable either on error or certiorari.</p> <p>2. The testimony read on the hearing of the motion is no part of the record and cannot be made such by a bill of exceptions, so as to enable this court to pass upon its sufficiency to justify the order.</p>
