In an action to recover for injuries al- ■ leged to have been occasioned by defective guard-rails on a township bridge, it is held that the record fails to disclose prejudice or passion on the part of the jury, and the findings being sustained by evidence showing that the plaintiff was without fault, that the guard-rails were insufficient, that this was the proximate cause of plaintiff’s injuries, and that the township trustee had due notice of the defect, a judgment against the township cannot be disturbed.</p>
