<p>Time of commencing actions — Statute of limitations — Sections J/976 and J/981, Revised Statutes — Debt based upon a contract not in' writing — Decease of the' debtor — Statute does not begin to run until appointment of administrator, when.</p> <p>The statute of limitations, (sections 4976 and 4981, Revised Statutes), does not begin to run against a debt based upon a contract not in writing which becomes due by reason of the decease of the debtor, until the appointment of an administrator or executor on the estate of such debtor, and due notice thereof.</p>
