<p>Railroads — Public utilities commission — Finding entered as judgment— By clerk of courts — ■Judicial power — Constitutional law.</p> <p>Section 580, General Code (101 O. L., 178), authorizing the clerk of the court of common pleas to enter up the findings of the public utilities commission as a judgment, does not confer judicial power upon that officer. The act is ministerial and' not judicial, and is not violative of Section 1, Article IV of the Constitution, which vests the judicial power in the courts of the state.</p>
