Syllabus

The trial court erred in affirming the State Liquor Control Commission's order suspending appellant's liquor permit because the evidence before the commission was insufficient to support its finding that appellant furnished beer or intoxicating liquor to an intoxicated person in violation of R.C. 4301.22(B). Judgment reversed cause remanded.
