Probate sale—Appeal.—An appeal will lie from an order of the District Court disapproving a sale made by an administrator in favor of the purchaser at such sale under the probate act of 1870.</p> <p>2. Probate sale—Fairness op sale.—A probate sale has not been fairly made when made for an inadequate price.</p> <p>3.
