<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Mortgage — Foreclosure — Cross-petition — Validity of Second Lien Should Have Been Determined. In a foreclosure action the holder of a subsequent lien, who is made a defendant, is entitled to have its validity determined before the property is sold.</p>
