<p>Tbbdeb op Mobtqaoe Debt.—A tender of the amount due on a debt which is secured by mortgage, made after the debt falls due, does not release the lien of the mortgage.</p> <p>Idem.—The Court intimates that, under section 1504 of the Civil Code, a tender of the amount due on a mortgage will- stop the running of interest, but does not decide the point.</p>
