Syllabus
<p>Ejectment — Adverse possession — Evidence.</p> <p>In an action of ejectment where the defense set up is adverse possession, the court commits no error in giving binding instructions for the plaintiff, where the evidence justifies the conclusion that the possession of the defendant was not originally adverse, nor exclusive, and that it was not continuous for the period of twenty-one years.</p>
