<p>Master and Servant — Contributory Negligence — Obeying Orders op Foreman. A lineman on an electric railway is not guilty of contributory negligence in obeying an order of bis foreman to push tbe tower car across a bridge, upon wbicb they were when a work train was sighted balf a mile away, tbe foreman having first ordered two men back to flag tbe train, as be bad a right to assume that be would be protected.</p> <p>Same — Rules—Notice op — Disobedience by Foreman. A lineman who bad worked but twenty days for tbe company is not charged with an operating rule addressed to line foremen regarding protection of a tower car on tbe track by specified signals; and negligence of tbe foreman in failing to observe tbe rule cannot be ¿attributed to tbe lineman.</p>
