Guardian and Ward — Sale of Property —Teems—Unauthorized Agreement.</p> <p>The tutor administering the succession as an administrator has no right to enter into an agreement changing the terms of the sale of the property of the succession.</p> <p>2. Same — Sale oe Realty — No Notice.</p> <p>Nor has he the right without notice to sell the real estate in which the heirs of age have an interest as owners.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
