Syllabus

<p>Limitation of Actions (78) — Mortgages (113) — Payments'—Revival of Lien — Subsequent Grantees or Incumbrancers. Payments on a first mortgage, made by the mortgagor while he holds the title and the property is in his possession, after the giving of a second mortgage, will toll the running of the statute of limitations against the action to foreclose the first mortgage.</p>
