<p>Guardian and Ward. Custody of ward. Decree appointing guardian. Collateral attach. Babeas corpus.</p> <p>A guardian of the person and estate of an infant, duly appointed by the chancery court, is entitled to its custody; the decree making the appointment cannot he collaterally attacked on habeas corpus, and can he vacated only hy proper proceedings for that purpose.</p>
