<p>Appeals — Paper-books—Statement of question involved — Evidence—Certificate of judge.</p> <p>An appeal will be quashed where the appellant’s paper-book does not contain the certificate oi the judge to the transcript of the evidence, nor a statement of the question involved, and where the record shows that the evidence itself had not been brought up.</p>
