<p>Appeal — Decision—Law op Case. Where a judgment of non-suit was reversed on appeal, and on a new trial on substantially the same evidence, a verdict was rendered for the plaintiff, the judgment will be affirmed, where the only question involved was whether the evidence was sufficient to carry the case to the jury.</p>
