Life Insurance — Benefit Association — Action by Member fob Breach of Contract.</p> <p>Tbe fact that a member of a fraternal insurance association, on learning that it had, without legal right, reduced the amount payable on his certificate below that called for by the contract, stopped payment of a check sent in payment of a previous assessment, does not preclude him from maintaining an action against it for breach of the contract.</p>
