<p>Forcible Entry and Detainer.—The Code of Civil Procedure provides for the entire field of forcible entry and detainer, and when it went into effect on the 1st day of January, 1873, effected a repeal of all prior • statutes upon that subject.</p> <p>Repeal on an Amendatory Act.—The repeal of an Act effects a repeal of an Act amendatory of the Act repealed.</p>
