<p>Tbust—Purchase of Land—Price Paid by Another. — When real estate is purchased, and one party pays the purchase price and another takes the title, the money paid for the purchase price being advanced by the latter to the former as a loan, a resulting trust arises in favor of the former, and the latter holds the title as his trustee.</p>
