<p>Insolvent debtor — assignment—appeal from order of distribution. Ho appeal lies to the circuit court, from an order of the county court, refusing to order payment, by the assignee of an insolvent bank, of a dividend on certain certificates of indebtedness against the insolvent bank.</p>
