<p>Mortgage — Payment,—Satisfaction.</p> <p>A mortgage to a husband and wife recited that the grant was to secure payment of a debt to the mortgagees, with a proviso that the grant should become void when payment was made to the mortgagees, their executors, administrators or assigns. It also provided that the debt should be paid at the expiration of five years after the decease of the mortgagees, payable share and share alike to their legal heirs. After the death of the wife the husband satisfied the mortgage. Held, that he had power to do so, and that the heirs could recover nothing on it.</p>
