<p>Negligence — Aihusement park — Bamboo slide.</p> <p>In an action against the proprietor of an amusement park to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while descending a bamboo slide, the case is for the jury, and a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff will be sustained, where the evidence for the plaintiff tends to show that the defendant’s attendant gave the plaintiff an unusual start, which caused him to lose his equilibrium and the control of his position on the slide, so that when he reached the bottom he was unable to light on his feet, and as a result sustained a fracture of his ankle.</p>
